Front Desk Agent

• Job Summary:

• Join our team at Ocean Breeze Resort as a Front Desk Agent. We are a premier beachfront resort dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
• Check guests in and out efficiently, handling reservations and payments accurately
• Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
• Assist guests with special requests and resolve any issues or complaints effectively
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay

• Skills:

• Experience in front desk operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
• Proficiency in guest services with a strong focus on hospitality
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual, Multilingual)
