Job Description
- 50% of time spent on beverage production & 50% spent on hospitality and overall guest experience.
- Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales, and managing customer issues.
- Crafting a variety of coffee and specialty beverages to company standards and customer expectations.
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and cleaned regularly
- Drive excitement across the team and with customers, creating an inviting environment.
- Engage with customers, guiding them through the menu ordering process and recommending favorites to try.
- Follow all drink recipes precisely while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Managing the Beverage area, maintaining quality standards and monitoring all service equipment
- Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards), Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level.
- Champions recognition and motivation efforts, works as a team to deliver elevated experiences. - Must be at least 16 years of age
- Restaurant experience and beverage production preferred
- Comfortable working with coffee and flavored syrups
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage drink accuracy, timing, and presentation all at once
- Ability to recognize when and how to shift to secondary duties without compromising service
- Dependable and reliable transportation required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Able to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed
- Consistent attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to operate a cash register and make change
- Basic math skills
- Completion of training certification
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
