Job Description

Benefits Manager Job Overview We're seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs that support our values and attract and retain top talent. This is a strategic and hands-on role that blends leadership, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full cycle of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), voluntary benefits and wellness programs. Evaluate and recommend benefit plan designs, vendors, and cost-saving strategies. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA). Lead annual open enrollment and benefits communication strategies. Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align benefits strategy with organizational goals. Analyze benefit metrics and market trends to enhance program effectiveness. Manage relationships with brokers, consultants, and vendors. Support employee inquiries and escalations with empathy and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred). 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration; 2+ years in a benefits title role. Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits laws and best practices. Experience with ADP is strongly preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Passion for creating a people-first workplace
