From hikers and bikers to locals and vacationers, you'll help fuel the adventure while working in one of the most unique environments around. What You'll Be Doing Cooking up pub favorites in a fun, high-volume mountain restaurant Running grill, fryer, flattop, and prep stations Keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the next rush Working as part of a team that keeps the energy high and service moving Helping create a great experience for guests visiting the mountain all summer long What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stay cool during busy rushes Team players who communicate well and jump in where needed Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak summer days Kitchen or hospitality experience is great, but we're willing to train the right person Bonus Points If You Have knife skills or prep experience Love mountain life and the outdoors Enjoy working in high-energy environments Can laugh during the chaos and still send out great food What the

Job Is Really Like:

This is a hands-on role where you'll be: Moving fast Staying active Working around grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment Lifting, cleaning, prepping, and cooking throughout your shift Experiencing everything mountain weather can throw at us Some days are sunny and beautiful. Some days are wild. All of them are better with a great team.
