Production and Sanitation Team Member

Production & Sanitation Specialist We are a dessert sauce manufacturer seeking a dedicated individual to join our production team. This is a hands-on role focused on the final stages of our process, playing a crucial part in ensuring our products are packaged professionally and our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging & Labeling:

Accurately label and box jars, and build and stack pallets with pails (5, 10, 20, and 50 lbs) or jars. This involves repetitive tasks and keeping pace with the production line.

Physical Logistics:

Regularly lift and maneuver materials and pails of varying weights up to 50 lbs.

Sanitation & Maintenance:

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining a spotless and safe food production environment, adhering to strict quality and safety protocols.

Teamwork:

Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure schedules are met and facility standards are consistently exceeded.

Qualifications:

A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. Meticulous attention to detail , especially regarding labeling accuracy, data recording, and facility cleanliness. Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
