Role:

As a Process Assistant, you'll play a vital role in crafting our mouthwatering sauces. This is a hands-on position where you'll be involved in every step of the production process, from loading kettles and managing the cooking process to ensuring top-notch sanitation and maintaining our high food safety standards. We take pride in our product, and you'll be a key ingredient in our success!

Schedule:

Full-time, 10 hours per day, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) 6:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m. Start your day early and enjoy longer weekends! Occasional overtime may be available.

What You'll Do:

Assist with batch production processes in our commercial kitchen. Load kettles and manage the cooking process to perfection. Maintain our impeccable food safety standards by performing sanitation procedures, including dishwashing, line sanitizing, and equipment washdown. Move and measure ingredients and materials with precision. Perform repetitive lifting of ingredients and materials (up to 60 lbs). Get your workout in while you work!

What You'll Bring:

GED or equivalent. Some kitchen experience is a plus, but we encourage applications from candidates with other manufacturing or similar experience. We're willing to train the right person! Basic math skills. The ability to lift 60 pounds repetitively and maintain physical stamina throughout your shift. A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to food safety.
