Bilingual Collections Specialist

Pinnacle Partners is working with an organization on the North side of Indianapolis in search of a Bilingual Collections Representative. This is not your typical collections position. This role focuses on Tax Resolution for personal and company property tax debt. The role does involve a high volume of phone work, you are often interacting with business owners, and leaders to help resolve unpaid tax debt. This also involves research and learning/understanding the business property tax laws for the state you are covering, and how they apply to the outstanding debt you are working with. This is a full time, direct hire position. They offer a standard day shift schedule - Monday through Friday. They pay you $40,000/year ($19.23/hr) with additional monthly bonus based on what you collect. The company offers a fun and positive company culture. Management offers a strong training program and is supportive of their team members. Prior collections experience is helpful, but not required.

What is required is:

Bilingual in Spanish/English (This is a must. Spanish speaking skills are likely only used a small portion of the time, but are required). Customer Service, Sales, Collections experience - this type of background is what we are mainly looking for. Someone who is money motivated but in a customer friendly way. Proven job stability - while we fully understand that there are often reasons for making a job change, we like to see some proven stability as ultimately this company wants to find a match that will last for years to come. This job is worked 100% on site to start, with a hybrid schedule offered after training, on the North side of Indianapolis near 103rd and Meridian.
