Job Description:

The Bilingual HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day human resources functions, with a strong focus on employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and communication with a bilingual workforce (English/Spanish). This role requires a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary HR contact for employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and workplace concerns Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and orientation for hourly and salaried positions Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive work environment Assist with employee relations investigations and conflict resolution Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Support performance management and employee development initiatives Manage HR records, reporting, and documentation accurately Translate HR materials and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking employees Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes Promote safety, engagement, and retention programs within the facility

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
