Bilingual Medical Assistant

Become a part of our caring community You will report to the Center Administrator. This is an onsite outpatient clinic located in Spartanburg, SC. Job Duties You will perform clinical duties including, but not limited to: Discussing symptoms and obtaining vital signs Medication and vaccine administration Phlebotomy and specimen collection Sterilizing and cleaning equipment; maintaining examination rooms Accurately documenting patient information in the electronic medical records system Communicating effectively with patients in English and Spanish Use your skills to make an impact Required Successful completion of a Medical Assistant program with required certification as a CMA or RMA. High school diploma or equivalent CPR certification Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required); must pass a proficiency exam before foreign‑language communication Phlebotomy experience Medication and vaccine administration experience 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience Value‑Based Care experience, including knowledge of

HEDIS, CPT/ICD

coding, and

CAHPS/HOS

Patient Experience Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $43,000 - $56,200 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
