If so, we invite you to bring your energy and talent to our team as a Bilingual On-Site Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting both our workforce and client operations. What You'll Do Support full-cycle recruitment for temporary employees, including resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination Act as a professional and welcoming representative of United, delivering exceptional service to both clients and employees Assist with local sourcing and recruiting initiatives to attract top talent Perform key administrative functions, including accurate data entry and maintaining candidate records Manage incoming calls, provide assistance, and route inquiries appropriately Coordinate job postings and assist with hiring documentation Schedule interviews and maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates Ensure compliance with employment laws, privacy standards, and pre-employment requirements Welcome and guide new hires on their first day to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience Support onsite events, reporting, and special projects as needed Work Environment & Schedule Work across two buildings at the Rockingham facility (must be able to commute between both) Comfortable wearing PPE (safety glasses, vest, hair net, earplugs) Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Flexible to support 2nd and 3rd shifts as needed, including occasional weekends What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual in Spanish (required) Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Positive, outgoing attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Flexibility to work non-standard hours when needed Why Join Us?
