This role is crucial in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining our high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both warehouse operations and driving duties, contributing to our overall efficiency. Responsibilities Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and warehouse shelves. Drive company vehicles to deliver products to customers on scheduled routes. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while adhering to safety regulations. Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse inventory. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Assist with heavy lifting and moving of products as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required. Familiarity with route planning and navigation tools is a plus. Forklift certification is an advantage but can be obtained after hiring.
