Bilingual Recruiter:

Create and post job advertisements on company website and various job boards Source candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, and social media Track applicants, hires, and recruiting metrics Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens Schedule and coordinate interviews with department managers Attend or prepare for future job fairs and networking events Draft and extend offer letters Coordinate drug screens and onboarding logistics Support orientation sessions and review and process new hire documents Provide recruitment updates and reports to leadership Other recruiting and HR support duties as assigned Qualifications for the

Bilingual Recruiter:

Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (majority of workforce is Spanish‑speaking) 2+ years of recruiting experience Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle Comfort with high‑volume, hands‑on recruiting Construction, field, or labor recruiting experience is a plus but not required Basic Excel skills required. Knowledge of CMiC (construction management software) or similar system a plus, but not required Strong communication, follow‑up, and time management skills Proactive, collaborative, and accountable Must be able to pass a drug screen
