Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Sales Representative / Travel Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel, sales, and building strong relationships. The candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English and willing to travel regularly to visit partner agencies and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies and clients Promote and sell travel packages, itineraries, and services Conduct in-person visits to partner agencies to strengthen partnerships and generate new business Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Provide customized travel recommendations based on client needs Prepare proposals, quotes, and follow-ups in a timely manner Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) Previous experience in sales, travel, or hospitality preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel frequently for client and agency visits Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and results-driven Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of international destinations and travel planning Existing relationships within the travel industry is a plus Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
Work Environment:
Combination of office-based and field work Regular travel required for agency visits and client meetings
