This role focuses on preparing outgoing shipments, verifying documentation, and ensuring products are packaged accurately and safely. Key Responsibilities Inspect, label, and package finished parts according to company standards Move completed orders from production to shipping; verify supervisor sign-offs Review work orders, packing slips, and shipment requirements (including HAZCOM/International) Confirm quantities and documentation accuracy Build boxes, crates, or skids; use basic hand tools as needed Load/unload trucks; operate forklift if certified Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures Qualifications Ability to read production/shipping documents Basic to intermediate math skills Able to use measuring tools; willing to learn blueprint basics Forklift experience a plus High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing experience preferred Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly Work Environment Active manufacturing plant setting
