This position plays a key role in preparing customer orders, packaging products, verifying shipment accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities Prepare finished products for shipment according to customer specifications and internal procedures Inspect, label, package, and verify outgoing orders for accuracy Review work orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation Confirm quantities, counts, and inspection sign-offs before shipment Package products using boxes, crates, skids, and protective materials to prevent damage Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Use hand tools and basic shop equipment when preparing shipments Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and shipping requirements Assist with cross-training and support team operations as needed Qualifications Prior experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, manufacturing Required Forklift experience is a plus Ability to read work orders, shipping paperwork, and production documents Basic math and measurement skills Ability to learn blueprints and drawing interpretation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to work overtime when needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequently lift and move up to 40 lbs.
