Duties Generate and review, billing invoices based on customer contracts,rates, and service agreements. Ensure billing aligns with shipment documentation. Collaborate with internal teams, to gather necessary information and resolve billing discrepancies or issues. Communicate with customers and provide billing related support, including responding to inquiries, addressing billing disputes, and providing necessary documentation. Maintain billing records, files, and documentation. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or accounting, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office - especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external customers. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
