Billing Specialist

You'll work closely with the Director of Finance, Project Managers, and the broader accounting team — applying both analytical skill and attention to detail. • Set up and maintain project estimates and contracts
• Review material and labor reports; resolve discrepancies
• Process change orders in conjunction with Project Managers
• Prepare and submit monthly owner billing statements
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Maintain accounting records, policies, and procedures
• Assist with special projects as assigned Qualifications
• Degree in business or related field
• 3 years of relevant billing experience
• Experience in sage or similar construction software a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Utmost professionalism

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
