HR BIM Designer Location:

Harrison, OH Compensation $20-32 an hour. Responsibilities Perform BIM modeling of electrical systems for space management and coordination with other MEP trades and the design team. Prepare and revise electrical installation models in Revit, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and procedures. Develop electrical model content in accordance with electrical code and company standards. Provide BIM modeling, design support, coordination, and field team support during all project phases. Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines through BIM coordination meetings. Create 2D shop drawings from Revit models for field team installation. Requirements Prior experience in the commercial electrical industry is required Prior MEP/VDC coordination experience is preferred. Proficiency with Autodesk software (Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Point Layout, BIM 360, AutoCAD). High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Drafting, Design Technology, or related field preferred. Strong communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability. Ability to work well in a project team setting and independently with minimal supervision. #
