Appleton Requirements:

Prior Team Lead experience Previous experience with bindery equipment, manufacturing, or other mechanical/production environments. Able to multitask, manage time well, and communicate effectively. Perform basic math and accurately use measuring tools such as rulers. Ability to stand for the full duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate bindery equipment, including trimmers, folding machines, saddle stitchers, perfect binders, and guillotine cutters. Conduct quality control checks, inspecting finished products for accuracy, proper binding, and overall appearance. Read and interpret job orders per customer specifications. Operate a pallet jack, hand truck, and/or forklift to move product to appropriate areas. Monitor machines for defects or malfunctions and adjust for repairs. Performing routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
