Birch Hills Golf Course - Outside Services/Golf Department Summary Creates an exceptional experience for golfers by providing prompt and courteous service, maintaining the golf cart fleet, and keeping all areas around the golf course in a neat and clean condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Staging golf carts for the guests use. Properly set up the driving and keep it functioning at all times. Maintain a clean and well organized cart barn. Perform all required cart maintenance procedures. Constant communication with the Starter/Greeter Keep all areas clean and well organized. Assist the Starter/Greeter with bag handling and any other guest's needs. Make sure all golf carts are clean, stocked and parked properly in the staging area. Perform all required opening & closing procedures and security of the owner's assets. Ability to open and secure the facility Pick and clean driving range balls General cleaning of facility clubhouse and restrooms Perform other duties as requested by the Assistant Professional and other members of the

WGP Corporate Team Requirements:

One year prior work experience, golf course experience preferred. Customer service experience Punctual and reliable Exceptional grooming habits, maintaining clean and complete uniform as designated by Management Required to be available for work on all major holidays. Must regularly lift and move up to 65 pounds

Physical, Environmental, Cognitive and Social Requirements:

Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, grasping: stand for long periods of time, sometimes outdoors exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions (hot and cold) and moderate to loud noise level. Frequently required to stoop, bend, crouch, and squat climb, kneel, in and out of golf carts, and to twist at the neck and waist, reach above and below shoulder level, push and pull when retrieving, storing and moving golf bags; use dominate hand and fingers to feel and grasp, push and pull and for find manipulation to detail carts, clean clubs and use two-way radios.
