Job Title:

Blender Job Description The Blender is responsible for utilizing a Batch Record, similar to a cooking recipe, to prepare materials by retrieving them from inventory and blending dry and/or wet ingredients in stainless steel vats. Responsibilities Stage materials according to the batch ticket. Follow batch ticket instructions precisely. Ensure quality assurance and quality control of products. Adhere to HACCP and SQF standards. Maintain sanitation of equipment and production line. Essential Skills Basic math skills. Experience with blending or FDA-regulated environments. Strong attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-5 years of experience within a GMP facility. 1-5 years of experience with mixing operations. 1-5 years of experience working from batch tickets. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally. Experience with sanitation processes, including CIP systems. Work Environment The position is on the 2nd Shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, at a Liquid Processing Beverage Facility. The blending room involves mixing dry and sugar ingredients, which may cause some sensory issues. The work environment expects new employees to train quickly and work diligently alongside tenured staff. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Random Lake, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $26.50/hr.
