This is a potential to hire position for 2nd shift. Apply today! The Food Blender Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining food blending equipment in a production facility. This position ensures the correct mix of ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards, monitors blending processes, and performs routine maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain efficient production. Cook Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate blenders, mixers, and other machinery to combine raw ingredients according to specified recipes
• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately, following production schedules and recipes
• Monitor blending processes to ensure products meet quality and consistency standards, making adjustments as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of ingredient quantities, batch numbers, and production times
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment PPE and adherence to food safety standards e.g., HACCP, GMP
• Clean and sanitize blending equipment and work areas to meet regulatory and company standards
• Identify and resolve issues with machinery or blending processes, coordinating with maintenance teams when necessary
• Work closely with production supervisors, quality control staff, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel Requirements for Blender /

Cook Operator:

• Previous experience in food production, blending, or a similar manufacturing role preferred
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow detailed instructions, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials, stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and blending machinery is a plus
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to temperature changes, noise, and food products
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed, including nights, weekends, and overtime
