This is a high-level technical role where 97% of your time is spent on the floor, working with state-of-the-art equipment. You'll be the "go-to" person for a small team, reporting directly to the owner and plant manager. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following: Execute full machine setups and startups, including hanging tools, configuring technical processes, and running initial samples for high-quality components Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the 3rd shift, troubleshooting processes and providing floor support for a small team of three production employees Manage end-to-end material logistics on the shift, including mixing resins, loading hoppers, and cleaning grinders to ensure a seamless production flow Monitor and maintain
