North Bend Schools Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Behavior Analysis Program Facilitator - TOSA Position The North Bend School District is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead and expand a comprehensive behavioral support system across preK12 programs. This position offers the opportunity to build district-wide systems, coach staff, and directly impact student success through proactive, skill-building approaches.Commences:

1.0Current Salary Range:
$51,095 - $87,828 Depending on Experience and Education; Salary based on the licensed certified salary schedule on a 191 day contractAdditional Compensation:
$15,000 Specialist Stipend $5,000 Preschool BCBA Stipend (Preschool Promise Grant Funded) Additional prorated, extended contract days (up to 20)Job Goal:
To provide behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation services within the educational setting across the school district. The BCBA collaborates with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to support students with behavioral, social, emotional, and developmental needs. This role focuses on developing positive behavior supports, improving student outcomes, and ensuring compliance with IDEA and other educational regulations..Qualifications:
Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification State licensure, if applicable Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans Strong data collection and analysis skills to inform decision-making Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Strong communication skills, both written and verbalKey Responsibilities:
Program Leadership and Development Provide leadership, training, and oversight of district behavioral programming Develop and support implementation of an RBT or RBAI training program for classified staff Contribute to long-term development of a district-based BCBA certification pathway Assessment and Intervention Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses Develop and support implementation of behavior intervention plans focused on teaching replacement behaviors Provide autism evaluations and consultation across the district Coaching and Professional Learning Coach and model effective behavioral strategies in classroom settings Provide professional development on behavior supports, data collection, and crisis prevention/de-escalation, including Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training Guide staff in aligning practices with district goals and student needs Collaboration and Support Collaborate with administrators, school psychologists, special education staff, counselors, teachers, and families Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, including outside agencies when appropriate Support crisis intervention planning and response as needed Compliance and Documentation Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential records in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements Assist administration in implementing policies related to student conduct Monitor and assess student progress and program effectivenessWorking Conditions and Expectations:
Ability to work in environments that may be physically and emotionally demanding Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Frequent communication with students, staff, and families Possible exposure to bodily fluids when assisting students Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds Other duties as assigned Preferred Licenses, Registrations, Bonding and/orTesting Required:
