No evenings, no weekends. This work is emotionally demanding you give a lot, and the people you're joining know that. Your time outside the clinic is yours. Caseloads sit between 6 and 10 clients. Early intervention, ages 0-6. Fully assent-based practice no restraint, no coercion. Just high quality, individualized ABA delivered the way most BCBAs wish they could deliver it every single day. Your RBT team is properly trained and supported before they're on the floor. You won't be holding everything together alone. Pay:

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
