Job Description

One on One Behavioral Services is seeking a part-time experienced BCBA to service the Miami area. One on One is run by a BCBA that understands the needs of her clients and employees. We are a company based in South Florida that can provide individual oversight, supervision, and training. We are looking for a motivated and passionate BCBA who provides quality services to their clients. We only work with private insurances.
About this role:
As the BCBA, you will be working with RBTs and clients. Unlimited support will be provided on an ongoing basis. There are remote opportunities although most of the job will consist of driving to clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with the BACB Task List (5th ed.)
  • Familiarity with the BACB Ethics and Discipline Code
  • Travel within a 30-mile radius
  • Attend meetings and trainings
  • Conduct assessments
  • Provide monitoring and quality control
  • Providing supervision to RBTs
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the
Lead BCBA Qualifications:
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's Degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education
  • Active 8-Hour supervision course
  • Broward Public Schools Badge
  • Experience with children aged 2-12 with Autism
  • Experience with VBMAPP and preferably PEAK
  • Level 2 clearance
  • Local police clearance
  • CPR/First Aid/AED certification
  • HIV/AIDS, HIPAA, and OSHA certification
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Reliable transportation and smart phone
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills
