Job Description
Grow ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Los Angeles team. We deliver high-quality, family-centered ABA across the LA metro — homes, schools, and community settings — and we're looking for a clinician who's energized by hands-on supervision and meaningful caseload work, not buried in paperwork. Why this role 30 billable hours per week. Yes, really. We protect your non-billable time so you can supervise well, write clean treatment plans, and actually go home at the end of the day. Telehealth options available. Bonus potential tied to clinical outcomes, caseload health, and parent satisfaction — not just billed hours. Mileage reimbursement and drive-time consideration. LA traffic is real; our schedules and compensation reflect it. Supportive clinical leadership. Regular peer consultation, mentorship from Clinical Director, and admin support for authorizations, scheduling, and billing so you can focus on clinical work. What you'll do Conduct intake assessments (97151) and build individualized, measurable treatment plans for clients with autism and related diagnoses. Provide ongoing protocol modification (97155) and supervise a team of RBTs delivering direct treatment (97153). Lead caregiver guidance sessions (97156) and partner with families on goal generalization and progress. Complete reauthorization packets, progress reports, and standardized assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-3) on schedule. Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, regional centers, and other providers as appropriate. What we're looking for Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field. Comfortable commuting across the LA metro to see clients in homes and community settings — reliable transportation and valid CA driver's license required. 1+ year of post-certification experience preferred; strong new BCBAs welcome to apply. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, not a requirement. Compensation & benefits
