As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans that foster meaningful progress. Duties Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments to identify client needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions in clients' homes, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards. Educate families and caregivers on behavior management techniques, promoting consistency across environments. Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education professionals, medical providers, and behavioral health specialists to optimize client outcomes. Requirements Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification with relevant credentials. Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards. Ability to perform intake assessments and conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively. Excellent communication skills for working with families, caregivers, and team members in a compassionate manner.
