Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Transform your passion for behavioral analysis into a fulfilling opportunity supporting students in a dynamic school environment as a BCBA. This contract position is set in a collaborative educational setting near Lititz, PA, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in promoting positive student outcomes and fostering inclusive learning.
Key Experience and Credentials:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Demonstrated knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions Previous experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings strongly preferred Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavioral intervention plans Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation efficiently
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students exhibiting behavioral or emotional challenges Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Provide coaching and guidance to school staff on behavioral strategies and data collection methods Collect, analyze, and report student progress using data-driven methodologies Collaborate with IEP teams to design and adjust interventions that foster student success in academic and social settings Participate in professional development and stay updated on best practices in behavior analysis Step into an environment that values your professional growth and offers the chance to make a genuine impact for students, families, and staff.
