8:30am-5pm Monday - Thursday; 8:30am - 2pm Friday The Behavior Doc The Behavior Doc is a behavior analyst owned and managed agency with doctorate level analysts on staff. We are provider-focused, believing that well-trained and supported providers are critical to establishing effective treatment and quality outcomes for our clients. Small caseloads for BCBAs (~7-9 cases) Creation of treatment teams Strong emphasis on supervision On-going training and direct support for BCBAs Company-hosted social events Position Overview This posting is for a full-time BCBA clinical supervisor for our outpatient clinic facility in Charlottesville, VA. BCBA clinical supervisors will provide intensive, data-driven treatment to clients with autism and developmental disabilities within the home, school, and community settings. Analysts will be responsible for providing on-going training and feedback to our RBT level staff, as well as caregivers. They will manage a small caseload of clients with the support of a BCBA-D, allowing for on-going clinic support and professional development. Employees in this role are responsible for conducting adaptive behavior assessments, functional assessments as well as skill assessments to be included in our client's individual treatment plans with guidance from our skilled doctorate-level staff. Additional requirements are to routinely evaluate program effectiveness, make modifications as needed, as well as establish positive relationships with our providers, caregivers, and outside stakeholders. Our clinical supervisors must be detailed oriented, and strong in the areas of data analysis, leadership, and communication.
Job Qualifications Education:
Master's degree + approved BCBA course sequence
Experience:
