Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity awaits for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students and staff in the Norristown, PA area and neighboring communities. This contract role offers a full-time schedule, typically from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, working four or more days per week at a specialized 14-student campus. The position will begin at the start of the new school year in August 2026, with the possibility of participating in orientation activities during July to ensure a smooth transition. You'll step into a collaborative environment where your expertise will make a notable difference, guiding teams in creating positive learning experiences for students who present unique behavioral challenges, including physical aggression, elopement, and self-injurious behaviors. Your daily work will focus on hands-on supervision, analytical assessments, and creative problem-solving.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification (LBS candidates also considered) Experience implementing and designing effective behavior plans for school-aged students Strong background supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Proficiency in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Ability to produce instructional visuals for staff training Calm, compassionate approach to challenging behaviors
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of behavioral support services and supervise RBTs Conduct FBAs and evaluate ongoing data to inform intervention strategies Develop, review, and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure program fidelity Lead staff training sessions, particularly with visual aids and modeling Facilitate a safe and supportive atmosphere for all students Enjoy a competitive hourly compensation ranging from $52.50 to $57.50, reflecting your valuable expertise.
