Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate medical records. Utilize medical terminology to assist in communication and documentation. Support daily operations in a medical office environment. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for patients and address their inquiries promptly. Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and office efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience in a medical office setting helpful Familiarity with office procedures and operations helpful Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage patient interactions professionally and efficiently
