Boarding & Doggy Day Care Attendant

Now Hiring Boarding and Doggy Day Care Attendant for The Social Club at Burleson Pet Resort. We are re-opening and looking for dependable, animal-loving team members to join our luxury boarding and daycare facility connected to a fast-paced veterinary ER team. This is NOT a basic kennel job. We are building a high-quality, enrichment-focused experience where safety, cleanliness, customer service, and compassionate animal care come first. Position Responsibilities Supervise daycare playgroups safely Monitor dog behavior and body language Feed, medicate, and care for boarding pets Clean kennels, play areas, and facility spaces Assist with dog check-in/check-out Provide enrichment activities and individualized attention Take photos/videos/report card notes for clients Assist with laundry, dishes, and general facility upkeep Maintain a calm, professional, team-oriented attitude Ideal Candidate Reliable and punctual Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and temperaments Able to stand, bend, clean, lift, and stay active throughout shifts Works well independently and as part of a team Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Weekend and holiday availability preferred Prior kennel, daycare, grooming, shelter, or veterinary experience is a PLUS — but we are willing to train the right person Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Employee pet care discounts Paid training opportunities CPR/BLS and safety training provided Health, dental and vision benefits 401k options

Schedule Facility Hours:

Monday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM Shifts may include: Early mornings Evenings Weekends Holidays Part Time and Full Time opportunities available.
