HVAC SERVICE/SALES TECHNICIAN

HVAC Service/Sales Technician Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused HVAC Service/Sales Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a driven individual who excels in both technical service and sales. The technician will diagnose, repair, maintain, and recommend HVAC systems and indoor comfort solutions while earning uncapped commission based on performance. The ideal candidate is confident in customer communication, skilled in HVAC troubleshooting, and motivated by sales opportunities and income potential.

Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems. Perform system inspections and identify repair or replacement needs. Educate customers on repair options, energy-efficient upgrades, indoor air quality products, and complete system replacements. Build trust with customers through honest recommendations and exceptional service. Generate sales through service calls, maintenance visits, and customer referrals. Accurately document service findings, recommendations, and completed work. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance. Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures. Participate in ongoing technical and sales training.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years HVAC service experience preferred. EPA Certification required. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Sales experience preferred but not required. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$26.00 - $35.00 per hour
