Job Overview We are looking for a hard working, motivated person to join our team as a body shop apprentice. This is an entry level role that will give you the opportunity to learn the skills needed for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition using a variety of techniques and tools. This includes anything from prep work, and tear down to body work and clean up. The sky is the limit and this could lead to a great career in auto body repair or paint! Your efforts will help ensure our customers receive top-quality service while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. This position is Monday-Friday normal buisness hours and we provide a full host of benefits! Duties Perform auto body repairs as directed by manager including dent removal, panel replacement, and collision damage restoration Tear down and prep work Fabricate parts and panels as needed using hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal working equipment Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, auto restoration, and assembly work Ensure all repairs meet safety standards, quality expectations, and manufacturer specifications Clean up and detail work as needed Qualifications Any previous body shop experience is a plus Skills or knowledge of auto body repair techniques Detail oriented Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures Skills in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, or sheet metal fabrication tools is a plus Knowledge of auto restoration projects Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence in automotive repair!
