Body Shop Parts Specialist 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 1515 Hebron Road, Heath, OH 43056 HMC - Hinderer Motor Company 58 reviews Automotive Parts Specialist - Body Shop We are currently seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team supporting both the Body Shop and John Hinderer Honda. We offer a flexible work plan with a wide variety of hours and schedule options! We are looking for a candidate with high energy, drive, and a passion for the automotive industry. All wages are competitive and based on your skill level and experience. We look forward to hearing from you! Responsibilities Deliver parts to and from dealerships, vendors, and consumers Communicate with vendors regarding parts availability and estimated arrival times Check, verify, and receive incoming parts orders Assist with parts invoices using Complete Shop procedures the day orders arrive Scan all invoices and necessary documents into Complete Shop the day orders arrive Fill technician and body shop parts requests accurately and timely Responsible for all vehicle sublet items (glass, wheels, bumpers, etc.) Review supplement parts needs with technicians and estimators Assist with repair order documentation and organization Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts office and storage areas at all times Assist Service Advisors and Technicians utilizing Rapid Recon when applicable Maintain inventory of fluids and shop supplies and ensure charges are properly applied to repair orders Accountable for vendor discounts and vendor communication Attend daily production and repair meetings Remain available by cell phone or shop radio while working Support both Honda Service and Body Shop operations as needed Qualifications Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to both internal and external customers High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check, including drug screening Automotive parts or collision repair experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
