Body Shop Technician

Paint and Preparation:

Prepare trucks for painting, including sanding, masking, and surface preparation.

Sanding and Repair Preparation:

Sand and prepare truck surfaces for repair work, ensuring proper readiness for refinishing or part replacement.

Parts Replacement:

Replace components ranging from minor to major truck parts, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

Tools and Equipment:

Utilize personal tools as needed; company-provided equipment will be available for larger or specialized tasks.

Qualifications:

Transportation and Work Ethic:

Must have reliable transportation and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Experience and Knowledge:

Prior body shop experience is preferred. Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and CSA regulations is highly desirable.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, forward-thinking approach. Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

Work Environment:
