Bookkeeper Accounts Receivable

Penmac Staffing is seeking a dependable Accounts Receivable Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity with one of our clients in Wadena, MN. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working with numbers and supporting daily financial operations in an office setting.

Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities Receive and accurately post customer payments Prepare and send customer statements Generate and process invoices in a timely manner Count cash and balance daily sales Maintain accurate financial records and reports Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing questions Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Clerk Previous accounts receivable or accounting experience preferred Strong math, organization, and data entry skills Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly Proficiency with basic computer systems and accounting software High attention to detail and reliability Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

Schedule, Pay, and Location Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay:

$19 per hour or more, depending on experience and education
