Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Wadena, MN area Penmac Staffing is hiring Truss Builders to work with one of our local manufacturing clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. The Truss Builder role is ideal for candidates with assembly or production experience who are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to be part of a team. As a Truss Builder, you will assist with assembling wood trusses on a production line, operating basic production equipment, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. Clear communication, reliability, and attention to detail are important for success in this role.
