Job Description

Juliette Falls Golf Club and Community in Dunnellon, FL is looking for a detailed-oriented and reliable full-time Bookkeeper to join our multi-company finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording financial transactions, handling AP and AR, reconciling bank statements, keeping financial records to ensure compliance, and support other accounting duties. Key Responsibilities Record day-to-day financial transactions. Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing and payments. Assist reconciling accounts, credit cards, and supplier statements. Process monthly tax statements. Familiarity with payroll and human resource procedures. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Maintain organized financial records and documents. Required Qualifications & Skills Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred. 1-year minimum experience as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk. Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and MS Office especially Excel. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping principles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
