Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper / Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role combines accounting responsibilities with HR support functions and requires someone who is organized, trustworthy, and able to manage confidential information. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong bookkeeping experience and basic HR knowledge.

$50,000/year
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping Duties:
Post invoices and maintain accurate financial records Manage general ledger activities Prepare and process journal entries Handle accounts payable, including writing checks Assist with trial balance and financial statement preparation Process payroll
Human Resources Support:
Assist with general HR administrative tasks Maintain employee records and confidentiality Support onboarding and HR documentation as needed Qualifications & Skills Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience Knowledge of general ledger, journal entries, and financial reporting Payroll processing experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Education Requirements Associate's Degree in Accounting (required) Why Work with
