We are passionate about growing the sport of bowling through leagues, youth programs, events, and exceptional service. This is a hands-on, small-business environment where relationships, reliability, and day-to-day operations matter. The Role We're looking for a hands-on manager to oversee daily operations of the bowling center. This is a working leadership position that blends operational oversight, team development, and community engagement. You are expected to lead by example and actively work alongside the team, performing all front-line duties as needed, including those typically handled by front desk clerks and team leaders, to ensure smooth operations and a high level of guest service. This role is ideal for someone who: Enjoys being present on the floor and working alongside their team Takes pride in running a clean, organized, and welcoming facility Is comfortable in a small-business environment where flexibility is key Key Responsibilities Oversee daily bowling center operations (lanes, front desk, leagues, events) Hire, train, and manage staff Ensure strong customer service and a positive guest experience Coordinate leagues, parties, and group events Support food & beverage operations Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues as they arise Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience (hospitality, retail, food service, or similar preferred) Must have a valid Food Handlers License; Certified Food Service Manager License preferred Must be able to obtain a Basset License within 30 days of employment Strong people and communication skills Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Evenings and weekends required Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Salary range $45,000 to $50,000 per year Paid Time Off Fidelity Simple IRA with up to 3% match
