As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide personalized fitting services to help customers find their perfect fit. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct professional and accurate bra fittings to ensure customers find the perfect fit. Offer expert product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right bras and lingerie. Provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs and preferences. Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Maintain a clean and organized fitting area and ensure all products are well-stocked and displayed. Work closely with the team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise. Respond to customer inquiries and provide helpful advice regarding bra care, sizes, and styles.

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Ability to perform accurate bra fittings and provide styling advice. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory. Comfortable working with diverse customers and creating an inclusive, supportive atmosphere.
