Position Overview:
This confidential role involves overseeing all branch operations, including business growth, team management, financial performance, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strategic vision, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to execute initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Lead daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company standards and objectives.
Construction Excellence:
Maintain the highest standards in roofing installation and safety while fostering a culture of excellence among team members.
Service Management:
Provide strategic directions to service teams to ensure timely, cost-effective customer support.
Visionary Leadership:
Develop and communicate a forward-thinking strategy to inspire teams and strengthen the branch's competitive edge.
Market Analysis:
Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Team Development:
Recruit, mentor, and empower high-performing teams to consistently exceed goals.
Business Growth:
Identify and secure new opportunities to expand the branch's presence and influence in the market.
Client Relationships:
Cultivate strong client partnerships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Safety Standards:
Promote a culture of safety by ensuring proper training, equipment use, and compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
Financial Performance:
Manage budgets, oversee job costs, and ensure projects are completed within a 2% variance of budget.
Equipment & Inventory:
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and inventory audits achieve 90% or greater accuracy.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in branch or operational management roles. At least 10 years of experience in commercial roofing, with expertise in large-scale operations. Demonstrated success managing teams of 100+ employees. Strong business acumen, with a proven ability to drive growth and profitability. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate teams and build client trust. Solid understanding of operational processes, compliance standards, and financial management. Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports to inform strategy. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
