We are currently accepting applications for a: Branch Manager & Community Banking Officer - Mars Hill/Fort Fairfield Responsibilities include: Making regular business development calls Exercise sound administrative control over all personnel and functions of the office Assist in developing branch budgets and branch goals annually and assumes overall responsibility for their achievement Manages sales and referral efforts Conducts regular sales meetings with team to develop skills and knowledge Represent the bank at various civic service club functions Qualifications include: Associates Degree and/or equivalent training in a financial institution Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Minimum two years experience in a supervisory/leadership capacity Sales management ability Minimum two years prior lending experience
