- Branch Manager / Senior Ag Lender - near Okoboji, IA This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values lake life, community banking, and the ability to make a meaningful impact both inside and outside the bank. The role offers the chance to lead a branch location while managing a large portfolio of predominantly agricultural clients. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of lending experience, including working with credits exceeding $1 million, along with at least two years of supervisory experience. Success in this role will require a strong ability to service and grow client relationships, maintain an existing portfolio, and generate new business through referrals and community involvement.
