Specialize in Brazilian hairstyling techniques such as hair extensions, keratin treatments, and hair threading to create flawless looks. Apply professional color theory principles to achieve vibrant, long-lasting results tailored to individual skin tones and styles. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring the salon adheres to health regulations. Provide expert consultations on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. Mentor junior stylists and apprentices by sharing techniques in hair styling and customer service excellence. Upsell retail products effectively by understanding client needs and demonstrating product benefits to boost sales. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license Proven expertise in hair extensions application, straight razor techniques, and advanced coloring skills rooted in solid color theory knowledge. Strong understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff alike. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients while providing personalized service. Experience in retail sales including upselling techniques. Competence in performing specialized services like eyelash extensions, hair threading, makeup application is highly desirable.
