Breakfast Attendant

Set up breakfast area before scheduled service times. Prepare and restock food and beverage items according to hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service. Ensure all food items are properly labeled, stored, and rotated in compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor food quality and replenish items promptly. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and assist with guest requests. Clean tables, counters, serving areas, and kitchen equipment during and after breakfast service. Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas. Dispose of trash and maintain sanitary conditions in all work areas. Report low inventory, maintenance concerns, or guest issues to management. Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards. Assist other departments when needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly. Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying items. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
