Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires a proactive approach to guest needs and the ability to maintain a clean and organized breakfast area. The ideal breakfast attendant loves to start their day off early, arriving at the hotel at 5am and working through cleanup which is usually around 11am. This is a great seasonal job that will last until October. Responsibilities Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items, beverages, and condiments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their needs. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system. Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about breakfast offerings. Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring all food is delivered promptly and presented well. Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and cleanliness. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role. Previous experience in hotel settings or catering services is an advantage but not required.
