Job Description
KMC Dermatology is currently looking for a Senior Associate Administrator for our Kansas City locations due to our rapid growth. The successful candidate will have a Minimum three years of management experience at the administrative level in health care, outpatient clinic experience preferred. Responsibilities include oversight of multiple clinic operations, continuous process improvement, tracking and forecasting operational trends and identifying and targeting areas in which the business can improve. Candidate should be capable through effective leadership to foster a positive, professional atmosphere which encourages and enables employees to perform at their maximum potential.
